Each concert will feature the beautiful Trio for Violin, Horn and Piano by Johannes Brahms and Beethoven’s ever-popular “Spring Sonata” for Violin and Piano, as performed by Boston Symphony hornist Rachel Childers, violinist Adrienne Rönmark and me, Pauline Martin, at the piano. Also on our afternoon program will be the American premiere of Czech composer Jiří Pazour’s evocative “Awakening of Pearls” and a delightful Prelude for Unaccompanied Horn by Jacques Francois Gallay.
