Next to the photo of legendary pianist Menahem Pressler at the Steinway Gallery of Michigan hangs a photo of his student, Steinway Artist Pauline Martin. Pressler’s profound artistic influence on countless pianists over his long life was immeasurable. This solo recital by Pauline Martin honors the memory of her lifelong mentor, with gratitude for his pivotal role in establishing Chamber Soloists of Detroit in 2012.
